The Technical Lead Engineer is responsible for providing highly technical support to Aftermarket Services (NCS) customers and field service engineers in the Middle East industrial gases and LNG industry. The position serves as the technical lead during NCS troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of cryogenic equipment.
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for providing expertise for aftermarket product marketing development, support, and training. They will also assist with the development of tools, presentations, communication documents, and work instructions related to the assigned aftermarket product range to support global regional aftermarket product managers and sales.
Reporting to the Business Line Manager, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing onsite technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for cryogenic equipment and systems for customers within the assigned region. This role requires hands-on experience, strong knowledge and experience in cryogenic systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
We are hiring for a Business Line Manager Cryogenic Pumps Middle East to expand and profitably grow the region and as a minimum double our market share in coming three years. We are looking for a self-driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial leader with multiple years of experience in cryogenic equipment applications, LNG systems, industrial gases and solutions environment. The territory will include all customers throughout the Middle East, and others may be defined in the future.
